So I have one of the R15's in 30 AR, it shoots well with most stuff I've tried. I normally shoot 110 vmax at 3000 fps, and it came with 50 rounds loaded with 110 TTSX at the same speed, and they shoot really well.
I really like the looks of the 130 TTSX, haven't tried them yet but they should shoot at roughly 2800 fps. The bc is .35 compared to .29 for the 110's. Trajectory is pretty much the same out to 400 which is probably the limit for this round on deer IMO.
If I step up to 150 gr Hdy sst that's meant for the 300 Savage, that seems to be a good fit and should clock around 2600 fps with a bc of .37.
I guess I'm curious what experiences people have had with the 110 ttsx at these speeds before I experiment with other stuff.
