Fox evening

Went out hunting Saturday evening. Started calling at about 2pm and did a total of 6 stands. On the second stand I called in a coyote but it was up on the hillside about 250yds away. I had my 300blk and it was trotting around so I didn’t have time to place a shot. Waited another 15 mins it never came in. I’m guessing it circled around and winded me. On the 3rd stand I called in afox to 30yds. Drt. On my last stand for the night I called in another fox but missed it. It was about 7yards away and I didn’t aim high enough.
Overall a fun evening.

Nor will you be the last. Shot under a bobcat @ 5 yds. a few years ago.

I’m just grateful it was a fox and not a lion or I would be deeply depressed.
