Heated jackets

I have 2 dewalt heated jackets one for myself and one for my daughter and just got a second hand milwaukee jacket but has no batt will my dewalt batt run in this coat without tearing it up? Also can these be plugged into the cigerate lighter without destruction !
 
will the the dewalt batt pigtail plug into the Milwaukee coat?

they both use the same voltage?
