3 out of 5 coyotes

Last night was the first night out this year for me. The snow has been none existing so far this year. Went out and on the 3rd stand called in 3, shot the first one at about 80 yds and the e-call went to coyote pup distress, and the second one stop at about 150 yds, and the third one was gone in a flash. The darker one was left in the field, it has shoulder mitts.

On the next stand called in 2, shot the first one at 80yds and the other one took off and never stopped, I was barking and it wasn't stopping. My e-caller was now blinking at me that the battery was going dead, so I called it a night or I should say morning.

You harvested 60% of the coyotes that came in, that is some fine percentages

Too bad about the one, those dark necks sure are a tell-tale sign of a toss away.
