What muzzleloader are you shooting??

I shoot an TC Omega 50 cal. I use 777 and 250 grain shockwaves. My reload for my second shot is the same bullet with an EZ Glide sabot as the Encore has a very tight bore. I bought some Harvester crush rib sabots to try after I have shot up all of the shockwave sabots.

I have 3:
a Lyman great plains 50cal, sidelock percussion, iron sights, 1:60 twistfor patched roundball, 67 gr of Goex FFF
A TC Thunderhawk 50cal, Leopold 3x9 VXII, 80gr of Goex FFF with a TC 250g shockwave
The newest is a Knight Mountaineer 50cal, Zeiss conquest 3x9, 120 gr BH209, 250gr TC shockwave

Omega here. Lyman great plains Flint for the pa late season. Just picked up a Lyman deerstalker and really like it. Getting a Traditions Flint pistol for Xmas. Also have a Firestorm but really don't use it much.

.50 Jonathan Browning Mountain Rifle. Haven't shot it in over 15 years, after adding an aperture rear sight but this thread is tempting me to see if I can still see the sights.

From Lyman .54 Trade Rifle to TC Encore 209x50 to Savage 10MLII
to .45 barrel for the Savage to converted Rem 700ML to .45
smokeless. From .54 minnie balls to bullets which look like they
belong in the 50 BMG. Traditionalists would call that cheating,
I call it progress.

Started reading through this and realized I was seeing posters long gone from PM. Original thread started in 2013.

ETA: Well this thread is not nearly as old as:

12 gauge double barrel Barnard Damascus (Belgian mfg. circa early 1800's) percussion which I restored in the mid 1950's and proofed with triple charge of powder and shot.

Ouse a CVA Acura. It has a 27” stainless fluted Bergara barrel, shoots a 1” group at 100, and has a nice trigger for factory. Got it in either 08 or early 09 from cabelas on sale for $249.99 I think, came with a soft case, box of sabots, and some TC cleaning supplies. Can’t complain one bit with it. Grew up using a TC Firehawk with a walnut stock, stainless barrel and No. 11 caps. I wish I would’ve got the 209 conversion for it while they were available. It’s a good one too, just hard to beat the 209 ignition.

Lyman great plains rifle 54 round ball
Lyman great plains hunter 54 450 gr lyman plains bullet
T/C renegade 50 395 gr lyman plains bullet or round ball

I don't shoot my rifles much since eye surgery(can't see open sights very well) but still have a few that I've killed deer with, I need to start again I'm finding my eyes are starting to get a little better as the years pass. If I wear 1x cheater glasses I can see the sights but the target is blurry.

CVA Half-stock Mountian rifle 45 cal flint (used this for hunting fox in the late 1970's)

Euro Arms 12ga Cape gun breeched for shot or ball shoots a .690 round ball(surprisingly accurate with round ball)

Mainly for Bird but does shoot a .690 roundball fairly accurate
