Opening Night Thermal Action

The night hunting season officially opened in ND last night. I had one of those nights, harvesting 9 coyotes. Here is the video of the hunt.

I'm digging it. Now that you've had the Trail, would you prefer the Pulsar for 100 yds & less?
How's that battery holding up in the cold?
Cool video!

Cool video! The Flir PTS536 is too much scope for lots of close work. It can be used and don't get me wrong the 4x base mag is sweet when they are in the FOV. However, for exclusive close range hunting I would look for something with a wider view. The entire image looked better on the Pulsars but the coyote looks pretty good in the Flir.

As far as battery, I am using an Anker 10,000 Mah pack I made and I hunted last night for 12 hours and kept the scope on the entire time and still have 1/2 charge left. Temps were around 0 the whole time.
