All the other marks indicate "NATO" (O Plus)

Try this site. Many of the headstamps I have been unable to identify are on it

I have a .38 SPL case that is marked "MARKELL" and couldn't
find it in this list, so it is a very good list but not all
headstamps are listed.

Good Shooting

I use that site also, it's a good one to add to your favorites list. I had a guy that just got into reloading ask me about what the markings meant and I directed him there.

I thought the 7.62X51 US cartridges marked TCW was Twin Cities.

Page 10 of this NATO report has a list of modern small arms ammunition head stamp designations.

The rest of it is a good read, too.

WOW great link. I just wish my old eyes were good enough to read the headstamp.
Thanks

I found an odd .223 case at the range today and in my attempts to identify it ended up at this site, which was useful enough for me to determine it was a JSC Barnaul from Russia: Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms headstamp identification (pictures) (Click on the image to get to the full headstamp menu. Once you find the headstamp, click on it to get a history of that particular stamp)
