I am fairly new to reloading, my # 2 son gave me his complete reloading set. LEE Classic press and several boxes of 9mm and 380 bullets.

I loaded a set of 9 mm plinkers, all worked fine and I settled on a nice load.
Now I would like to do the same for 380 ACP.
My question is, I have some 9 mm JHP 95 gr. with a diameter of .355". I also have some 380 ACP JHP 95 gr - diameter of .355" Are the interchangeable????

Interchangeable they are. Some marked 380 are designed to open up at a tad lower velocity. For killing paper and cans they both will work fine.

PS ..Remember the dies are different.

The .380 is basically a 9mm short. The .380 is also known as a 9mm Kurz and Kurz is German short.

The .380 has about half the pressure as the 9mm Parabellum. So in guns roughly the same size they are quite bit more pleasant to shoot. Hundreds of European police departments used .380 pistols for decades.
