Just received this one from Bill Ruple
It’s his reproduction of the Remington 1123
This knife is flawless and opens and closes like a Swiss watch.


 
That's a beauty!!! I've always liked that pattern. I once had an old L.L. Bean Commemorative in that pattern. It had popcorn stag scales and carbon steel blades. I was going to put it to work until I researched the dang thing and realized I could double my money on it. I sold it for enough that I bought two Bob Dozier fixed blades with what it brought. Never had my hands on a Ruple knife but I know he has a heck of a reputation as a knife maker.
 
Bills work is among the best I currently own
The walk and talk on this one is perfection
The pull is perfect on this one and opens and closes unbelievably smooth

He has me down for a three blade stag whittler
