ATN 4K Sighting in question??

I sighted in my ATN 4K at 1" high at 100 yards. Did this during the day. Do I have to check the zero at night to verify zero?? Any information on this??

Rudy, I sighted my X-Sight 2 during the day time and it worked well at night. I assume the 4K is the same.
 
SkyPup- Never used a day/night scope. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. I haven't tried this scope at night yet. Purchased it for coyotes etc. Still have a couple of months before the coyotes get prime. Rudy
 
POA and POI will be the same both night and day.
