Icotec failing to update songs to remote

I downloaded new calls to my GC 500, reorganized my sounds and deleted some from the call, and now when I hook up the unit to the remote to sync it says “update songs” and then starts flashing “fail” after a few seconds. Any ideas on a fix? We’re leaving this afternoon for a overnight coyote trip and customer service doesn’t work weekends. Is it because I need a different SD card in the call instead of Icotecs preprogrammed one? I listed all the numbers correctly and had my girlfriend check to be sure.
 
Update! Bought a 16G sd card and downloaded the files again with the new card in the call, works great now. All my calls are reorganized in like groups and I’ve got a bunch to play with!
