I recently purchased a property in the country, 12.88 acres next to some state lands. Cant wait to move out of town.
My question is, do I need to notify the ATF of my change of address? I have a trust and 5 suppressors on tje trust. Also, what do I jave to do to change the address on my trust? Do I just get the adress and get it notarized? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Within the same state you are not required to notify the ATF. They would like it but not required. Moving out of state then yes you must notify them. As for the trust, I moved and the lawyer that did mine said I do not need to change the address on it.
