These work good. I have a couple. I even modified one to run 300 BO.
Not quite as easy as the OAL adjustment (use small file or dremil to remove little plastic). You have to take the inside "sleave" apart and file down the "funnel" where it wraps the 223Rem bottleneck. After removing enough space the 30 call bullet isn't binding, got 'em running the Blackout good as the 223 runs in factory form (which is good).
