Thought I'd post up a picture of a jagd terrier/mtn cur cross that I picked up around Easter. Shes now a little over 4 months old and is showing good potential.

She's all ribs and legs. High energy is an understatement. She listens very well, I've never had a dog that would listen quite like her. Great with kids. She's got this hound bawl bark. None of my curs have sounded like this dog. It's more of a howl. She's 17.6lbs at 4months. All guesses are figuring in that 30lb range finished.

Just a quick update on the female jagd/cur cross. Shes 8.5 months old and weighs 30lbs. Shes been on lots of coyotes already and has a pile of grit. Shes smart, fast and ranges very well while out decoying. Kind of a pain with house cats though, she just pesters and chews on them to no end. Weve got a neighbor's dog that she tussels with that's 55lbs, but the way she grabs that dog and throws her down is incredible.

If I get some pics I'll post them up.

I’d love to hear an update. I just signed on the dotted line for a 1/4 Jag, 3/4 Cur female pup that was born yesterday. I’m excited!
