Thirty years ago I started turning calls, to get out West to the Coyote contests. I started turning calls made from Bird's Eye Maple, because it was a local wood and I could get it from a lumber yard just a few miles up the road. The calls have a deep CA finish and can be voiced in JACK,COTTON-TAIL, or RED-F (bird)
