Carlson's vs Trulock LongbeardXR choke.

Anybody noticing any difference between these 2? I bought the carlsons, works amazing my only gripe is the included wrench to snug it down seems out of spec and slips sometimes causing scuffs and scratches on the tip of my choke
 
Can't say but my Long Beard Carlson Tube gives awesome patterns. I shoot a mossberg 835 and use the #4 3.5" winchester long beard shells. Pretty happy with patterns. Also use a Carlson coyote choke tube when pred hunting - again nice patterns with my #4 buck 3.5". Love my Carlson chokes!
 
I have used both carlson and trulock extended and flush chokes. I have patterned both and they both pattern about the same given the constriction. I find the finish tends to be slights better on the trulocks, so I prefer them. However, I buy the one that happens to be on sale.

That included wrench is a cheap novelty item that might work in a pinch. Purchase a higher quality choke wrench that grabs all 4 slots.
