Gas tube question

I've decided to build a 6x6.8, 18" barrel(Ritch's) with a mid gas system and have started to think about parts for the build. I have built several 16" guns all are mid gas and all have taken the same length gas tube.

Does the 6x6.8, 18" with the mid gas system take the same length gas tube as the 16" mid gas?
