Buying a FoxPro

I bought my first Digital Game Caller. It was not a FoxPro. I got it Friday and returned it today. There was some big problems with the remote. I called their customer service. An answering machine took my call. I left a message and they have not returned call. I am a newbie and gave some thought to buying a CS 24C or a Shockwave. I am leaning towards the CS 24C. I will be hunting in hilly open areas in Western Kentucky. Any input would be appreciated on which call to buy.
 
I have a CS24C and I hunt the hills and farms of eastern Ohio. It’s very well made and plenty loud. You won’t be disappointed. I called FoxPro today and immediately spoke with a live human being that could speak English.
