Apparently the individual mandate is now toast with the me tax bill. Will it finally just curl up and die, will it fall to what or should have been to start which is something you can buy in to when you can't get anything else, or will it be just a massive tax liability with 0 personal funds keeping it going?

Since only 10.3 million (http://money.cnn.com/2017/06/12/news/economy/obamacare-enrollment/index.html) people have ObamaCare, how will 24 million people die if it is repealed? Will 16 million people be randomly shot? Just Axin'!
