The title of the thread should read:

Well, that much tougher to get tax cuts, repeal obummercare, and just in general a person that doesn't care about the health of our country. A sad day for Alabama and the nation.
 
Thats what happens when the GOP establishment pushes their candidate on the rest of us conservatives instead of picking the best candidate.

But, to anyone who enjoys hunting and shooting and the America we grew up in, rejoicing that a democrat won shows that you have no understanding of what is going on in the world.

I am sure all the lefties will try to say this is the end of Trump, that democraps are going to win everything from here on out. It means only that a highly tarnished candidate that was part of the establishment was beaten by a member of the corrupt democrat party by digging up dirt from before most of us were born. This election shows how entrenched the swamp is, nothing more.

It was a good enough accusation for the Senate Republicans. They asked him to drop out. If he had done the honorable thing and done so, he would have been replaced and republicans would have retained the seat. No sex involved is the standard? A 30 something guy hits on a 16 year old and that’s okay? A republican dirt bag is still a dirt bag.

Maybe Moore should have dropped out.
I think it sucks that something that was supposed to have happened 40 years ago lay dormant till this election.Why is that?
I think the ones in DC that called for him to drop out have already shown themselves to be of no use.
I doubt Moore is any worse than a lot of the ones who squealed the loudest.

And no I am not in favor of tolerating bad behavior.I just think it should take some kind of something besides a woman from the past making accusations.
How many of us could pass that test if no proof is required.Any man ever lived that didn't make a woman mad somewhere along the line?

If he is guilty as accused 30 years after the fact(?) he deserved to lose, and more! What ever happened to "everyone gets his day in court"?

Never ceases to amaze me how these things lay dormant for 30 years and just happen to surface just weeks before an election, not to mention how many jump on the bandwagon once something like this does surface. Oh, did I mention it took 30 years to surface?

3 years actually, that's what's left in the term he takes over.

1 seat down, 2 to go & you'll be able to say "senate majority leader schumer". that could happen in 13 months, hope you'll enjoy that bc I know I won't.

hard to say if this win helps or hurts the dems in that cause. if moore had won the dems would be hammering the gop over him & the allegations all next year. now they have the seat, moore lost & they lost that lever.

we'll see.
 
Proof is not needed for a person to make a decision who he will vote for. If I was in Alabama just the suspicion that he was such a loser he had to cruise the high school for dates would be enough to make my mind up for me. I would hold my nose and vote for the Democrat.
