Al Franken

There needs to be a good house cleaning , whenever a group of people set up an account using tax payer money to pay off women they've gropped and fondled , you know its a big problem .
These a holes that started that fund must have been some real high power pervs.
Don't matter if their pervert dems ,or members of the Grand Old Pedophile party.
It's time for some honest, upstanding, bible thunpers like Al Sharpton or Jessee Jackson to run this great country of mine .

Agree 100% until I got to the last sentence. First time I recall seeing the words honest & upstanding in same sentence w/JJ & Al.

Yeah , the last sentence was a joke , but seriously there must be a lot of those congressmen
shaking in their boots , knowing their on borrowed time for the next woman to expose them .
It's time to shake things up and oust these bass tids .Maybe then they'll get something done for this country ,rather then chase tang all day long around capital hill.

You got that right, [beeep]! It does look like we may be on the verge of knocking a few of them off their perch. Kinda like throwing a rock in the pond.....the ripples just keep spreading.

i'm going to stay optimistic.

weve only seen the tip of the iceberg with this sexual harassment settlement stuff.

franken is just one of the early shoes to drop.

there's still a truckload of them left to fall that havent come to light yet. how many names are on that list of taxpayer payouts from the house are sexual harassment of some form? there's over 250 settlements paid that we know of so far.

one point i've heard brought up about this whole hollywood/dc scandal thats opening right now that may change who takes over seats lost to this quite a bit... modern feminism.

you've got at least one, if not two generations of women - a big chunk of them milennials - who have had it drummed into their heads by the left that men are pigs, all sex is rape, you all but need a signed release of consent to talk to them, ect ect ect ect. that voting block of women have ZERO sympathy for men of power who use said power to take advantage of a woman in any way.

i'm not suggesting in any way that any of the pigs who've done this stuff were in the right, just pointing out where a LOT of peoples heads are regarding sexual contact both in and outside of the workplace these days.

if enough cases keep continuing to show up from leftist/liberal men of power, do you really think all these women are going to continue to support folks of that side of the political isle? how long does it take before they break away once they've had enough?

his seat may be vulnerable in the next election. he only won it by 300 or so votes & as I recall a court decision on the recount.

ya wasnt it based on a bunch of absentee ballots that showed up from the prison system or something?

as an interesting side note....

Dan bongino was talking yesterday about a lawsuit that was filed in regards to gerrymandering of Maryland 6th. the person filing the suit claims he was gerrymandered into a district where his vote was nullified by forcing him from a (Cook PVI) R +11(i think it was 11, cant find it to reference) to a D +6 district based on the fact that he'd (before the lines were redrawn) had voted republican over and over, historically speaking.

he brought it up because his 1% loss over the incumbant is being used as the defense that the district wasnt tampered with significantly - even though the elections prior and post were won by 16-20 points.

Just as a clarification, and I am no fan of Franken or socialists, er I mean liberals in general, but Franken did not use his power to coerce or abuse women. He acted boorish toward women before he was a senator as a comedian. He is guilty of not reading the room more than anything. The offense should be based on the action not the party. There are degrees of D bag.
