Howa/Bell&Carlson 6.5 Creedmoor?

A guy has one NIB wanting to do some trading with me. Its in a black B&C M40 stock and IIRC the barrel is about 22-24" long. Claims to be all factory but I can't find it anywhere to find a value on it. Any suggestions?
 
MSRP is $1300 ($1050 w/o scope package)...granted street price is different. Looks like a nice rifle. I think $800-1000 would be a fair price point on it.

Ha,Ha got it now, I was was pretty sure it was some gun term that I needed to learn!
 
From what little I can find on the internet, I'm reading Weatherby uses Kreiger barrels on the TRR models. Anyone know anything about this?
