Primos Alpha Dogg Sound Problem

Above is a link to my sound issue with my Primos Alpha Dogg.

This is my second Primos Alpha Dogg. I have brand new rechargeable (fully charged) batteries in. With both calls, there is this "puttering noise" with every single sound. I've tried isolating the noise, but it happens with all the speakers. Anyone have similar problems or a way to fix it?
 
I had an Alpha Dogg for a short period and had the same issue. Was basically told by Primos that it was normal. It never seemed to affect the calls ability to call in coyotes, but it just bothered me. I sold it and upgraded to a Shockwave at the time. Much better sound quality. I have recently purchased a Lucky Duck Revolt and it is superb, as well. Not sure what the deal is with the Alpha Dogg, but a call in this day and age shouldn't have static coming out of the speakers.
