Looking to by a new call this year. Have the krakatoa and have had it for years. Been very pleased with it but ready for new. How does the shockwave sound compared to it? Mostly wondering about the loudness. Any others you guys would recommend?

The Shockwave is plenty loud to do the job, but it is not CS24 or Krakatoa loud. There are lots of features for playing and modifying sounds, enough to keep most anyone happy I think. Not too many down sides to the shockwave. If mine disappeared it would be replaced with another Shockwave.
