Pistol Caliber Carbine

Has anybody tried using a 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbine for coyote killing? I had my JP PCC out at the range today and was constantly ringing steel at 200 yards.

My set-up is a JP GMR-13, 9mm, 14.5 barrel, C-More red dot sight.

Just wondering if anybody has any experience using this platform....!!

Thanks guys!

I have a cz scorpion carbine I plan on using at least once but shots will be under 100 yrds. Taking the ak47 sbr on my elk hunt tomorrow in hopes of getting in some calling with that too.

Awesome....that's what I kind of thought, using a PCC for 100 yards or less. It sure feels good! Good luck on your elk hunt!!

i wouldnt have much trouble taking my 9mm carbine out with good ammo for 100 yd hunting.

a nice personal defense grade 115gr projo (im thinking like a hornady XTP or a hornady critical defense) should be an absolute thumper on coyote sized animals at that range or closer.
