FoxPro Fury conection to pc / Laptop problem

Good day to all.

I have a foxpro fury (1) and when connected to the Laptop it does give a ding sound but it does not bring up the GX7 or Fury drive.

What could be the problem and what can I do to fix the problem?

If any one can help please?

When my Fury did that, I had to send it back to Foxpro, the USB port on the motherboard had gone bad.
