foxpro firestorm saying "it doesnt have any more space"

I just bought a 8 sound, sound pack from FoxPro and was only able to download 3 of 8 to my caller and remote and actually be able to play them. Problem being I only have 60 sounds on my caller. FoxPro claims the firestorm can hold 200 sounds. Something that confuses me is the sounds that wasn't able to download still show up on my remote and when I send them the only sounds that come out are repeated clicking sounds. Anyone else experienced this problem? FoxPro is closed as of right now, but plan on calling them in the morning. Was just curious to see if anyone else had this problem and if there's a quick fix.

You need to go into the remote startup menu and reset it, then it will have storage room for you sound library. Call FoxPro in the am and they can guide you thru it.
