The new law would require all states to recognize the the carry permits issued by other states. Just like we now do with drivers license'.

The guy in Vid. ia a goof . and ( imho ) . both attitudes of those firearms carry are wrong . You should need No permit by state of Fed. if you are a US citizen of good standing . And if your operating a motor vehicle, you already have a recognized form of Federal ID. and at the minimum have a State issued and valid ID.
Like it or not . Your Drivers License or State issued ID card is your national ID Card . How about your valid Drivers Lic./or state issued ID. should be your uniform Nation check to carry open or concealed 'anywhere in the USA' based on the fact that you by law submit your ID. info along with your mandatory Photo of 'facial recognition' that is fed into the national biometric database, Your drivers licence photo is just like your Fed. Passport photo are used to cross referencing authenticity to your US status, and just like your Drivers License. info is already used fed into your State Police who use it to cross reference you after you fill out a BATF 4473 for a cross check for a firearm purchase .
