how to use flickr photo hosting

can anyone help me with the steps to use this hosting site? I was doing good for a while but something has changed

I just joined Flickr myself Don. I'm having trouble figuring out how to post a picture also. The URL only works for sending the viewer to their site to view the pic. Lol, I was going to ask you how !!! If I get it figured out l will let you know, [beeep] learning curve AGAIN !
