A while back I damged the scope on my 22-250 and recieved a new replacement. After 8 months I decided the time had finally come to get it back mounted and sight it in. Things are going fine and then all of a sudden out of nowhere it goes from 3/4 groups at 200 to 6 or 8" groups. After checking about everything I could possibly think of I am sitting there absolutely perplexed about whats going on. Then it hits me, what an idiot, 3 face palms and some internal tears about all the wasted ammo, I check the suppressor. LOOSE and turning freely! I geuss Ill take solace in the fact it was a cheap fix but still what an idiot! I had been swapping the can around to different rifles and got hasty or something, either way I hate being dumb!
