Went "squirrel hunting"at Mahanna wma last Wed morning and this guy came walking through. I had just finished taking a leak when he walked through. My rifle was leaning on a tree nearby so I picked it up and took a knee. I was thinking of how to stop him when he stopped.I moved the crosshairs across his head and placed my finger on the trigger and fired the shot before I intended to. I had just gotten this 10/22 the day before and put a bx trigger on it and have not gotten used to it yet. He went down and I ran up closer and put another in his head just to make sure.

Wish I could have had a bigger gun. Had to watch a big one walk across the trail in front of me as he was 220 yards out(lasered) The wma rules state you can only use rimfires during small game seasons. If I would have had my 308 or 8x57 I would have got that one too.
