WV Residents: Help Non-Resident with CC Questions, Please!

Well, I messed up and forgot to renew my concealed carry permit in PA, and I'm heading to WV this weekend. From my research, WV is a permit-less carry state, whether open or concealed. Does this apply to non-residents as well? My wife called the WV state police and they were not helpful at all.

Does anyone know if I can legally conceal carry my pistol without a permit in WV being a PA resident with an expired PA CCW permit?
