6mm Muzzle Device

I researched the question of a muzzle device for a 6x45 AR I built with a 1/2-28 threaded muzzle, but found no satisfactory answers on the interwebs including the BHW the barrel mfg. Until I found http://www.precisionreflex.com. Who had a 1/2-28 to 5/8-24 thread adapter. Now my 6.8 muzzle device fits like a champ.

I used a Miculek comp on my 6X45 set up and just punched the hole for the 6 MM. Easy Peasy.

I bought a 6x45 barrel that has 9/16-24 threads. I had a heck of a time finding a muzzle device for that thread size. I finally found the VLTOR A1 flash hider, so that's what I went with. If there are any other good options out there, I'd be interested in hearing about them.

Well, I just Googled "6mm muzzle device" and then just went down my bookmarked AR parts vendors and Precision Reflex and their adapters. And since I had a 6.8 muzzle device, their adapter was a no brainer. They also have adapters for other thread conversions.
