Gerber?

I have sent in a couple of their exchange a blade saws in that broke on me and a couple of their mini multi tool pliers that collapsed when I squeezed too hard on the pliers. They always replaced them without any questions. I haven't had to talk to anyone though if that is what you are referring to.

Those saws are one of my most essential big game hunting tools and get heavy use before breaking down!
 
They said they shipped my knife back and the tracking number said it will be here Friday. I'm sure they repaired it or replaced it just fine. The only thing is they had zero communication unless you called them. That won't really matter though if I get my knife back and it's repaired.
