Better Get Your AR Parts Soon!!!

What a joke. How many gang bangers are out there milling out 80% lowers? What's next? Ban blocks of aluminum that can be milled into a lower?

they've been fighting this for a while now.

chances of that bill ever seeing the light of day on either the house or senate floors is about as likely as trump gettin favorable coverage by CNN.

I might suggest that you may not have been looking lately.....considering the current political climate in the US, there have been some MAJOR fire sales on AR & AK parts, certain reloading supplies, etc. from many online vendors. We probably have at least a two years window of goodness now til midterm elections. After that, depends on the elections. The Left is firmly planted in our Federal and some State govt's, and probably will be for some time, as conservatives seem unwilling to actually fight the good fight and go out on anti-protest marches, flood their rep's offices with emails, ph calls, etc. We're a little too much live and let live for our own good, really.

Point is, if you're looking for $2.00 22lr/50 bx and one cent primers, you need to find a time warp machine - inflation and time has passed you by. Although, I have seen some 22lr as low as $30/500 pc on quick online sales. I still have 8# kegs I bought in the Slick Willy era, and I've never regretted those purchases. People thought they were expensive and I was nuts then. Now they wanna buy em twenty-some yrs later for what I paid for em......apparently they are deniers of capitalism also.......LOL. I do think certain prices will drop more as people shoot less as the threat of the "GUBMINT" taking your rights away has subsided some in most peoples minds for now. You'll start to see surplus powders, etc. available again for retail sale.

Mr. Schumer, et al, have nothing to lose by proposing whatever wild schemes they can get publicity for as it builds their credibility with their base, keeps the focus on their beliefs to fundamentally change the country to an socialist oligarchy that they can control, and profit from, and gains them no more disdain from the current majority than they already have. They just cant let the attention fade away from themselves, or the control they do still have is lost. I just cant fathom the type of American citizens that would actually vote for these lunatics!??!?

FWIW

Outlaw grinders and files also... You forgot to add drills and drill bits... LOL

Looks like you wont be buying anything then. If I were you, I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for prices to ever come down.

That's fine the stores are now brimming with stuff again. I have never seen so much 223 ammo and powders in stock. Not buying anything unless I have to have it or the price is really good

it isn't that chuckie & the other antis wouldn't do it if they could, it's that for now, they can't.

for the time being, this is show for his supporters to make sure the donations keep rolling in.

fir the time being. let dems have majority control again & watch what happens.

I have said it for years and I will say it again now...gun guys are so focused on actual firearms, they lose sight of the fact that you also need to be focused on ammunition...as in restrictions...not just tight availability because of mob purchasing. You can laugh and make fun of liberals not understanding that you can cobble a firearm together in your moms basement with files and drill bits, but it aint gonna do you no good if you cant get ammunition. They are on to this. Internet sales may stop at some point, and if they put to many financial burdens on brick and mortar stores at the same time, driving them out of business, or the business of selling ammo, then what? When your stash runs out your done.
Just a thought,
Mark

Edit to say, they are doing this here in California, it passed last year and in 2018, unless it overturned, it is happening. Again, it California...but make no mistake, its coming to a state near you.

Thanks to Schumer and others... people from NY are already prohibited from internet sales to residences. Most suppliers won't ship to NY. We are restricted to what you may be able to find in a store and pay outrageous prices for ammo that you can find.

I lived on long Island from '73 to '01, went to SUNY Fredonia. Never seen such beautiful landscapes and wildlife. Left because the property tax portion of my mortgage was higher than my mortgage as well as the unreasonable infringement on ALL rights. And corruption.

Try Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Northern Nevada, Northern Arizona...no state income tax in some of those areas. That's a nice raise.
