Great customer service from selmark photon issue

Called monday due to having a small crack in my flip up cover, it was small but concerned over time it would become bigger making the whole thing loose. Called them and told the issue and that i was the 3rd owner of the scope. They asked for my name and shipping address and said its on the way. When asked how they would like me to pay for it he said its no charge.. great service in my book.
 
Sightmark and Pulsar USA are all part of Sellmark Corp. Great customer service! They really care about the consumer and keeping them happy...
