We caught a couple fish here yesterday...looking to grill the Wahoo. Boat Cap't said the best way is wrapped in foil and rilled whole. I was thinking cut some slits, lay thin slices of lemon and lime on it with some cilantro and butter, salt, pepper and lay it on the grill for about 20 minutes total...any there ideas?
