does anyone have a secrete recipe for a 6.5 Grendel with 123 grain pills shot from my BHW 20" tube? I want to load some up but don't really have time for testing and fine tuning, I thought maybe someone had the magic numbers they would share. I'm not trying to shoot the gnads off of a fly just bang some steel with reasonable accuracy. thanks

I shoot a BHW light profile 20" 264LBC. I don't shoot the 123's very often but when I did the recipe was:

123gr Nosler Custom Competition
Lapua 6.5 Gredel brass
CCI 450 primer
27.5gr Benchmark
2.250" OAL
2516 ft/s
SD of 0.7

Not quick but worked very well. I also messed around with CFE223 that was proving to be very accurate as well (and faster).

Same case, primer, and bullet. Was using 31.2-32.0gr of CFE223 (in .2 increments). Velocity was around 2575 ft/s and accurate. I was loading them longer and closer to mag length @ 2.310".
