How much neck tension for AR15s?

Redding recommends .001" neck tension. Is that enough for AR15s? When using a bushing die to set neck tension, what's your prefference? More?

0.003 if one desires confidence in the ammunition IMHO. AR's are not gentle.

I agree with the above posters... .001 isn't enough.
