I'm looking at buying 2 AR barrels. 1st will be a 20in bull in 223 wylde. I'm wanting to shoot 53 and 55 grain bullets. I was wondering if a 1x9 or 1x8 twist would be better. I don't plan on going heavier. I have other guns for that. I will be hand loading.
2nd will be a 264lbc with a 24in bull. Would a 1x9 or 1x8 be better. I don't plan on shooting anything heavier then 123. Might go up to 130 max.
