Big old Tom Lion Calf Killer

Caught this lion down in some tough desert country .. been eating beef

How long was the race?

Probably only a mile or so... he was bedded down up in the bluffs above that kill... dogs ran him up there and kind of had a hard time locating him...I had a real good hound thats a good locater start chopping and told that rancher to keep his eyes peeled that that hound is barking treed and sure enough he saw the lion squatted down on top of a big rock..... this was about the time my videoing sucked lol ... we got pretty excited and the rancher shot him.. no useful video of the lion on the rock... lots of video of the rock the sky the dirt the brush my feet the lady that was with me but none of the lion lol
