Return to Seligman...

Got up early and got to Seligman before sunrise.
Skies were partly cloudy.
Temp was 65°.
Wind was down.

Didn't know if P-Dogs were early risers but they are!
Almost non stop action, stayed at this spot for over 2 hours!!

I also went over to Seligman and killed around 25 PDogs. They are everywhere. Hundreds of holes and 2-3 PDogs in each hole.

My question is if you can watch the same spot for coyotes with the fresh kills seems they should come out...
 
There is lots of public land south and southwest of Seligman. There is also a big ranch up there that lets you sign in and hunt.

Just about every ranch truck that drove by us was yelling for us to kill them all.
 
We live in central Arkansas and are interested in a prairie dog hunt. How far west would we have to go to get into some prairie dogs?
 
When I posted that forecast yesterday the week beginning Aug 7 was completely sunny.
Now It looks like its down to one sunny day.
Going to have to wait to see what its really going to like.
