Custom mounts

Does anyone know of any places that make custom picatinny rail mounts? I am in need of a special kind of mount that I can't find being manufactured anywhere.
 
I am looking for a 90 degree picatinny rail about 10" long. To put someway you can picture it it would be mounted on a vertical mount like a forehand grip and come straight out parallel with the barrel 10" to mount a light on. This is not for an ar but I figured I would post it in this thread due being more tailored to this platform with the picatinny rail
