WV Allows Permitless Hidden Carry

The WV legisture overides Govenor Tomblin's veto to permitless hidden carry. Both the senate and house voted to overide Tomblins veto. The permitless hidden carry will take effect 90 days from now. I am proud to be from WV.

Is anyone concerned with the first time shooter or average thug becoming a mall ninja and concealing in public whatever firearm comes their way, legally with illegal intentions ? Even though the experienced shooters will be around to put a stop to any foolishness

Only people who thinks a written law stops all bad things from happening. It's still illegal to carry a gun if you're a felon. It's still illegal to murder people. Think about what you are asking.
