20 practical with 45gr sp

Just wondering if anyone had done any testing in their practicals using the Hornady 45gr sp bullet. I have had great results with this bullet in my 204 ruger and would like to use it in my practical as well. If you dont mind sharing your info on load data for this bullet, it would be much appreciated.
