223 55gr v max load?

what primer and powder do you use for 223 v max?

savage heavy barrel.

Winchester or Remington 7 1/2 primer. Benchmark or TAC powder. Very accurate in my RRA or Tikka T3 Lite.

CCI BR-4 or Federal Gold Medal Match 205M and whatever max load of Win 748 is in your rifle should work pretty good. I liked IMR-4064 with 55's as well.
