im looking at a Alexander Arms 18" Lightweight upper in 6.5 grendel is this twist going to limit what i can stabilize? It will be a 600 yard paper puncher and coyote rifle im wanting to shoot 123 grain Amax and 123 grain SST. I dont reload so i am limited to factory ammo

Personally, I would rather have a little too much twist than not enough. As you probably already know the only way to be certain is shoot it. The Grendel is one of the best rounds going in my opinion; accurate, low recoil and report, good ballistics, and all in a handy package.

You really don't need a 1:75 in a Grendel for long range. It is fast for your needs but usable. A 1:9 or at most a 1:8 will do fine with my my nod to the 1:9. Either is fine with a 123. I suppose if the price point is the biggy then you would be OK with it but all my 6.5's have always been just a tad slower.
