You will have to spend some money on new bushings as yours are a bit small for the job.
Here is the original standard list I rercommend:
Redding type S 6.8SPC Full Length Bushing Die 749-006-488WS
Decapping assembly 749-011-190WS
.285 bushing 749-002-018WS
.267 bushing 749-002-051WS
Hornady seater die 749-003-220WS
RCBS #19 Shellholder 749-013-620WS
You will note the above is a 267 and I have found this OK in some cases but the neck tension is too high n thicker brass like the SSA. I would change this to a 269 . We have also found the Wilson bushing are a bit easier to form with because of the chamber on the lead in.
All bushing are STEEL. I don't have the $$'s for the fancier ones.
I now use:
Initial sizing is a 285 Wilson 749-002-397WB
Final sizing is a 269 Wilson 749-002-451WB
I was able to deal with the thin necks of the FC cases with this one. you might go to a 270 if you have slightly thicker necks. Only sizing and seating a couple will tell.
The decapping assembly must be swapped out as the issue 6.8 is too large to go through a 243 hole. I will usually not even run one as I decap after firing with a Lee Universal Decapper and toss them in SS media. I never use an expander as that defeats the purpose of the bushings.
All part numbers are SINCLAIR BTW.
I am PM'ing you a full step by step set of notes I found on my computer.
