mossberg trigger pin

Son has a new ar15 Hunter model and the trigger pin has fallen out a couple of times during firing. Should he use Blue Lock Tite on it or call the company and request a new pin or a solution?
Other than that, he loves the rifle.
Thanks in advance for any advice on this subject
 
the hammer spring should hold the trigger pin from coming out. make sure the legs of the hammer spring are on top of the trigger pin and not under it. it should not be falling out if it is assembled correctly.
