Decoys in Colorado?

Hey guys had a question about using a battery operated decoy in Colorado. In the regulations brochure it states "Artificial light, electronic devices and electronic calls are illegal. Handheld calls are permitted." But it doesn't say anything about battery powered decoys. I have looked everywhere online and just got off the phone with the CPW and they dont know- they are calling me back once they speak to the lead investigator. Does anyone have any insight on this? If it is illegal do you guys have any other decoy methods?
 
What are you hunting? Some states have those kinds of laws for big game or game animals, knowing what falls into that definition makes the difference.

I know plenty of guys that use E calls and decoys in Colorado, and have a feeling that fur bearers fall under different definitions or rules.
